THE PROCESS

DESIGN YOUR TILE

Step 1: Select your glaze

Choose 2 colours from Palet's in-house glaze collection. For a more bespoke solution, custom glaze development is available for orders above 20 sq.m

(Glazes identified as effect feature a more natural variation compared to a single solid color)

Step 2: Choose a pattern

Palet’s pattern collection provides a versatile starting point for your design. Arrange, rotate and combine tiles to develop a composition that responds to the character and scale of your space.

Step 3: Sampling

Explore a curated selection of samples at the TISA HOME showroom and consult with our team about your project.

Custom samples can be produced but will incur an additional charge, as all tiles are made to order. Alternatively, you may also discover finished projects here.

Step 4: Get a quote

After sharing your project details with us, and our team will prepare a tailored quotation, including shipping costs to your project site.

Step 5: Production

As every tile is made to order, please allow approximately 8–10 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.

FAQs

What can I use Palet tiles for?
Our tiles are made for interior wall applications and can be used across all interior spaces from bathrooms to kitchen backsplashes and fireplaces. Our tiles are water and heat resistant.
What are the specifications of each tile?
Our tiles are sized 149x149mm with a thickness of 5.5mm. Pending the selected glazes, there can be slight variation tile to tile.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our tiles are sold in boxes of 44 tiles or one square meter (1m2). This is also the minimum order quantity of each tile design.
What is the recommended tile overage?
It is best to buy 10% to 15% additional tile as a general rule of thumb. There are numerous reasons why you will need that extra stock of tiles ready to go, from an oddly shaped room to breakage during installation.
Do I need spacers or can the tiles be butt-joined?
We recommend using 2 mm tile spacers for consistent grout lines. Do not butt-joint the tiles, as natural size variations require spacing to maintain alignment and allow for grout adhesion.
When will my order be shipped?
Custom samples typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Full tile orders take 8–10 weeks from production to dispatch unless we’ve agreed on a different timeline. These are estimates - our tiles are made to order, so occasional delays can occur.
Where can I see Palet tiles in person?
Explore a curated selection of samples at the TISA HOME showroom and consult with our team about your project. Custom samples can be produced but may incur an additional charge, as all tiles are made to order. Alternatively, you may also discover finished projects here.
