Our lead time is 2 ~ 4 business days for Metro Manila and 5 ~ 10 business days outside Metro Manila.

For indent orders: 4 ~ 6 weeks

We use use GogoExpress and JRS express for small items and Lalamove for large sized items (Metro Manila only).

We can ship outside Metro Manila via the following courier partners:

• Victory Liner Drop&Go

Shipping outside Metro Manila is not free and is calculated by weight. Please wait for our estimated shipping fee before completing checkout.

Pickup Hours:

• 9am to 12pm

• 1pm to 3pm

Orders can be picked up at our warehouse address at Unit 07 4/F, 11 Banner St, Bagong Ilog, Pasig City

Please make sure you have a pick-up schedule before visiting our collection point.

To pre-order out of stock items:

1. Contact us for your order inquiry

2. We require a 50% downpayment to proceed 

3. Wait for your order to arrive. Lead time is from 4 ~ 6 weeks. This excludes shipping delays beyond our control.

4. Once your orders arrive, settle the remaining balance.

5. Your orders are now ready for pickup or delivery!

We also offer tile sourcing services for large quantities. Please message us to inquire.

At the moment, we are only based online. If you wish to see and feel the tile samples in person, the best way is to acquire some samples from our website or to schedule an appointment at our warehouse to view the products.
